There are probably two things you need to know about me before we begin:
1. My name is Annie
and
2. I’m not great at writing about myself.
However, I do have a passion to see the world and to make a difference wherever I can, and so here we are!
When I heard about the World Race, I found something that merged my passions into a single objective, but I was hesitant at first, because I am currently in school studying to be a surgical assistant, and I wanted to finish school as soon as possible. Taking a gap year was intimidating for me, but the more I prayed and talked about it with my parents, the more sure I became that this is what God wants me to do. Making an impact for eternity is my ultimate goal and I am so excited to see how God uses me to do that as I embark on this new adventure.
